1- What is the cellular concrete?
Cellular concrete is a mineral and solid building material. Its physical properties (strength & Lightness, thermo acoustic insulation, flammability) make it an exceptional material.
.
AAC goes back to the 19th century.
The target was to develop a technique for producing considerable quantities of artificial
blocks, made of the natural raw materials silica sand and lime, of consistently good quality.
.
Due to its structure containing millions of pores, it has a low density while providing optimal strength, allowing it to be a simple material to build multi-use (residential and industrial).
.
AAC gets its properties due to the raw materials used, to the resource-conserving
production process and most of all to the air. The volume of this solid building material
consists of up to 80 % of air, and only of 20 % of solid materials.
For the production of 4 – 5 m³of AAC, only 1 m³ is required (silica sand, cement, lime
as a binding agent, and water). Small quantities of the propellant aluminum are used for
pore formation. AAC gets its properties not only by rising but also by steam curing in
an autoclave.

Welcome to the real comfort
.
Aerated concrete block (AAC-block) is more beneficial than any other building material.
.
Here, some advantages of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC-Plant):
– Through its physical nature; it is four times faster to build with than other construction products.
– Resistance to the earthquake; comparable to ordinary bricks.
- – Excellent thermal insulation. Temperature in balance almost constant.
- – Remarkable sound insulation.
- – High dimensional accuracy.
- – Extremely lightweight.
- – High Resistance to compression between 2,5 – 7,0 N / mm.
- – High fire Resistance, non-combustible – min. 4 hours, up to 6 hours.
- – High fire Resistance, non-combustible – min. 4 hours, up to 6 hours.
- – High efficiency; It can be cut, sawn, drilled, nailed, and milled like wood.
- – Lightweight – Lower transportation costs
- – Recycling – Lower production costs.
- – Resistance to termites and insects.
